We love to get feedback, whether it is positive or constructive. We believe the only way we can make our nursery better is by taking on board constructive feedback and making changes where necessary.
You can leave feedback for the nursery with a member of the team, in the comments post box in the porch, through email or with a telephone call.
We also have termly ‘Parents’ Forums’ which is a time where you can come to nursery with the team and discuss any ideas you may have for the nursery, anything you want less of and anything you want more of. Time to time we bring visitors into these sessions to discuss topics of interest such as ‘2 year checks’ or ‘funding.’
We believe all parents/carers views and concerns should be respected and acknowledged. We understand that on occasion circumstances may result in a parent or carer wishing to make a complaint
If key workers are unable to resolve the concern, parents and carers are able to address their concerns with the Manager (or if absent, the Deputy). If the matter is still unresolved, Puddleducks and the Management Committee require the complaint in writing.
The complaint will be investigated and complainants will be notified of the outcome within 28 days of having received the complaint in writing. Parents/carers who do not feel completely satisfied with the procedure and the outcome within the setting may contact a Company Director or Ofsted.
